They'll soak your car and blame you for it. Don't get a service here. I handed my car to the ticket writer with my window halfway down after speaking with him. He said I could leave the car right there. I selected an exterior wash only. By the time the wash was finished, my front seat, carpet, and interior door area were soaked. When I brought it up, nobody took accountability. The ticket writer insisted he closed the window, despite the obvious fact that the interior got drenched. The older man at the register tried to excuse it by saying things can happen when they're busy vacuuming, but again I paid for an exterior wash only, which invalidated his poor explanation. Mind you, there was only 1 car in front of me in line, so they weren't busy at all. I then contacted the owners at Sound Associates Inc. to address the issue. After a long wait, I was told it wasn't a good time for the manager to speak and that I would receive a callback. This was on June 15th, and as of June 21st, nobody has called me back, thus highlighting their blatant disregard for my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I paid for what was advertised as a “full service” wash, but the only things that were done were a quick vacuum and an exterior wash. My front windshield was still dirty, and my floor mats were not cleaned at all. To make matters worse, I assumed tire shine was included with the service I selected, but I was charged an additional $10 for it. No one took the time to explain what was or was not included when I purchased my ticket, which led to a lot of confusion and frustration. I have visited this location before and have never been this dissatisfied. The service provided did not match the expectations set by the package description. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes a closer look at how services are described and communicated to customers so others do not have the same experience.

I paid so much money to get my car clean and they did a horrible job..... They didn't vacuum the cupholders, my rugs left them all wet , my passenger seat wasn't vacuumed either..... I told one of the guys about it, his answer was we only dry the car, the machine is the one who does the job.... Yea, and who vacuums? ... I been going to this place for a long time and it's my last time....

I usually go to Oakleys but wanted something a bit closer. Super disappointed with my experience here once again… should’ve definitely driven a bit farther to go to Oakley’s instead. They do not dry the outside of the car completely and the inside of the car remained dirty. I took these pictures as soon as I got inside of the car… no point of paying for the best service if this is what you get.

I recently purchased the most expensive car wash offered at your establishment. However, upon inspecting my vehicle after the service was completed, I noticed that the rear windows were not cleaned properly, with soap residue still visible on the passenger window. As evident in the attached photographs, the seat backs were not wiped, and the interior, including the doors, was not thoroughly cleaned as expected. I kindly approached the cashier to inquire if these services were included in the car wash I had paid for, and she confirmed that they were. She then arranged for someone to rectify the situation and re-clean the interior of my car. Considering the premium price of the car wash and the additional tip I provided, I was disappointed with the initial quality of the service and the need for further attention to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
